Peace Valley is a project consisting of only 2 BHK flats in Pimple Saudagar. Developers are G K Developers (Promoter: Vinod Chandwani). The project is located in a plot between Rose Valley and Rose County. Entrance is through Rose Valley - An easement agreement is already done for this entrance. There are 4 buildings (A, B, C and D) with roughly 200 flats and 4 shops inside the premises. There is a play area, swimming pool. An adjacent bungalow is also being build in the same plot by G K. It will have a common entrance.
